Kitchen Creations have now renovated both our kitchen and bathroom and we have been impressed both times. Keith is friendly, good-humoured and patient and soon came up with design solutions to make the spaces work that we hadn't even thought of. He is happy to adapt initial designs to accommodate individual preferences and quotations are clear and promptly produced. When it comes to the installation, Keith project manages everything and so plumbers, electricians, plasterers etc. all come at the right time and they are all thoroughly professional and focused on producing quality results. If there are any snags - and of course there will be snags with a project of any size or complexity - then they are quickly resolved. I suspect it is possible to find cheaper options than Kitchen Creations, but they are a local company, hugely experienced at what they do and the quality of fit and finish is excellent. Ultimately, it's absolutely worth it.

We both really love our new kitchen, it looks fantastic and is far better than we could have imagined. Byron did a great job and managed to keep his composure despite our many questions and the few unforeseen problems that always crop up when carrying out these projects. Everything fitted like a dream and we couldn’t be more pleased with the end result. In fact, everything about the installation was very friendly and professional. Keith did a great job designing the kitchen and must have left our house many times, in despair, due to our constant changes of mind over which style or colour of units or which worktop to select. However, every time, within hours we would have a revised copy of the drawing and quotation to mull over until next browse through the pages of the brochure. We were even invited to Keith’s house to view his kitchen and, funnily enough, that was where we made our final decision on the colours and style, completely different to our original selections. It is down to Keiths hard work and patience that we have ended up with the kitchen of our dreams. Two other people we would also like to thank. Firstly Pete, the electrician, who did a great job and gave us lots of advice on the selection of fittings and also lots of enjoyable chats about football. And, finally Ryan, who did a great job of the vinyl flooring and who like everyone else involved couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. We would certainly recommend Kitchen Creations.

We are very pleased with our new kitchen. Byron was brilliant and even fixed a leak in the loft. Everybody we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My husband is an electrician and has lots of customers who have had nothing but trouble with kitchens from big national companies. We didn’t encounter a single problem. All mess was cleared up and everyone who came into our house was courteous and respectful. I would 100% recommend this trustworthy and reliable family business. The kitchen was cheaper and better quality than the ones provided by bigger companies. One of the national companies produced a plan which didn't utilise dead corner space and said that I could only have a half dishwasher if I wanted a butler sink. Kitchen Creations gave me a butler sink, full sized dishwasher and gave me storage in the dead space. I also can’t fault Ryan who did a fantastic job fitting laminate flooring in the kitchen an living room.

Got in contact with kitchen creations 28.11.22 and Keith came round and looked at what was required. A professional company by far and Keith did the drawings which look great and the layout was amazing and making use of space. We are now getting our kitchen done by Kitchen creations as the cad drawings were spot on . keith was so thoughtful with making most of the area and storage and the design was spot on . Keith came back out to finalise all and was there to ask any questions. The whole experience has been very positive and Keith was able to change the worktop colour and cupboard handles. Was very nervous to undertake such a big project on having my kitchen and utility completely renewed. From the work get go, Gary was honest, professional and provided great practical advise to help me design my dream kitchen. His knowledge and skills were excellent. In trying to develop an upgrade plan for our kitchen we initially had a poor experience of national companies telling us what we needed instead of listening to what we wanted. Fortunately, we discovered the family business of Kitchen Creations. Leigh of Kitchen Creations visited our flat, measured the space available with his laser device and listened to our requirements for a kitchen and utility room revamp. He then produced an initial computer-based design which was easily modified by Leigh and us together to give an ideal final design. Installation was completed to the agreed timetable with white goods in place and working. Everything was left clean and tidy on a daily basis. The skill and standard of workmanship from all staff was first class. They were knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and positive when we asked for minor changes as installation progressed. We are really pleased with the result, grateful to the team and highly recommend Kitchen Creations. They will give you what you want. They do bathrooms too and we are now exploring with Leigh how we can together upgrade ours.

The impossible they do immediately, miracles take a little longer. You want a sky blue pink door on that unit? No problem. Does it make toast? It will do when we've finished with it I cannot fault Kitchen Creations. Everything was done with finesse and nothing was left to chance. They turned up when they promised and, on the two occasions they were let down by suppliers, simply worked on something else until the missing parts arrived. Both before and during the work we were kept fully informed of what was happening. We now have a kitchen which not only looks good but is fun to work in as everything is to hand. We acted on a recommendation from friends who had used Keith and 'the Lads' as he calls them before : I cannot say better than, in forty years of home ownership, I have never been so well served.

During lockdown we decided we would like our kitchen to be replaced and we were keen to find a family business to undertake this. We were so glad we chose Kitchen Creations. From our very first dealings with Leigh we had every confidence that we had chosen the right company. Everything was done so easily and we never felt under pressure to choose a product we weren't sure about and we were always kept informed as to the progress of our order right up to the commencement of the fitting of the kitchen. We were given a start date at the time of our confirmation of our order and this was met and the kitchen completed exactly on schedule. We were delighted with Paul and Mark who came to fit the kitchen and they were always punctual and worked very hard, always making sure they cleaned the area at the end of the day .We were also delighted with the work undertaken by Steve, the electrician in fitting the lighting and other components required. Apart from a small issue with regards to the kitchen suppliers not sending a couple of items, which were out of Kitchen Creations control, and required them to come back to finish off once the missing items had been supplied, we couldn't be more delighted with the end product. Our project for a new kitchen involved not just new units and appliances but alterations to the space to include a downstairs toilet, new external and internal doors, a new ceiling with spotlights fitted, tiling and new flooring to 3 rooms. There was a lot of electrical, plumbing, plastering and building work. Some firms were keen to sell us a new kitchen but not helpful with the other works. Keith however gave us the assurance that he would manage the whole project using tradesmen with whom he regularly works. He produced excellent CAD drawings incorporating our ideas and his details of all the kitchen units and appliances. The work started in July 2020 and there was a very good co-ordination between the different tradesmen to ensure that each part of the job could follow on at the right time. Everyone was skilled at their jobs and the finished result is very pleasing. It has transformed a rather ordinary room which did not make full use of the space into a modern attractive kitchen. Kitchen Creation’s representative could not have been more helpful and patient, giving me information, advice and reassurance as we planned the new kitchen. Nevertheless, the mere prospect of five weeks work in my house - two weeks building and electrics, one week fitting, two weeks tiling, flooring, painting – was extremely stressful. In the event it was a hugely successful and even enjoyable disruption. The team could not have been more professional, efficient and cooperative, liaising with each other so hours were not wasted between trades, completing the project bang on time. Their experience and skills - and their ability to respond to the unexpected challenges of a building dating back to the nineteenth century – were impressive. I could not have wished for a better kitchen from Kitchen Creations! From start to finish everyone worked so thoroughly and right throughout always kept to the times stipulated. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble, and the attention to detail was second to none. The end result produced a fabulous kitchen, exactly as I had envisaged when first discussing ideas with design engineer Keith, for utilising every bit of the space available. During the kitchen survey his interpretation of what I had envisaged was completely spot on. This has resulted in everything coming together beautifully, from the amazing corner cupboard with plenty of shelving; the large ceramic sink unit with antique bronze style tap which really sets it off; the spacious worktops with solid ivory coloured units with antique bronze style door knobs and cup handles on the drawers; the range style cooker and chimney style extractor unit above the hob; the fantastic flooring in antique oak style which really pulls everything together. I cannot fault the workmanship and all the effort the guys put in each day. They did their very best to avoid any unnecessary disruption or inconvenience, and I was very impressed with their level of commitment. From the first moment Keith came to visit us to measure up and give us a quote, we knew we didn’t need to look elsewhere. Our new kitchen is now in full use with all the decorating completed. The whole kitchen looks superb. All the workmen from the builder, plasterers, electrician, fitters and floor layer were all first class. Keith coordinated the whole operation in a friendly and knowledgeable way. He offered some good advice in various ways and his price was very competitive. It was only by chance that we heard of Kitchen Creations, but as far as we’re concerned it was a lucky chance.

We first used Kitchen Creations to refit our own kitchen we were so impressed with their work that when the church wanted a new kitchen in the Pastor’s house we used Kitchen Creations and were again impressed with their work. We then needed a new kitchen at the church along with some building work. So we used Kitchen Creations again and in addition to doing a great work of installing the new kitchen but they also helped with the project management of the whole project including recommending a great builder and floor fitter. Therefore we could not praise Kitchen Creations enough for the three different jobs they have done for us and their attention to detail.

From my very first meeting with Keith Hodson, director of Kitchen Creations, I had complete faith in the company’s professional approach. We stayed in the old kitchen for two hours while Keith measured up, and discussed what I wanted while at the same time recommending different layouts that would accommodate my requirements, meet current safety recommendations and provide me with more working surface. I was able to have precisely the finish that I wanted from the kitchen’s furniture supplier, Omega Kitchens. The ovens are all Neff. The quotation was very competitive. Keith took great care in explaining how the costs were distributed. The workmen, including the electrician who came before the actual installation, were all very competent in their trades. We were told that the complete installation would take two weeks, so we went away on holiday in that interval and came back to a sparkling new kitchen which is a dream to work in. I am absolutely delighted with the work that has been done and have no hesitation in recommending Kitchen Creations to prospective new customers.
